Why This Smoothie Works
The blend of tropical fruit creates a naturally sweet, refreshing drink packed with vitamins, hydration, and energy. Coconut water boosts electrolytes, making it perfect for hot days or post-exercise recovery.
But the real standout feature is the addition of native herbs.
Lemon Myrtle brings vibrant citrus notes.
Aniseed Myrtle adds subtle sweetness and gentle liquorice undertones.
Together, they add complexity and a distinctly Australian twist.
