1/3 cup Dried Aniseed Myrtle (Syzygium Anisatum)

1 cup self-raising flour

1 cup desiccated coconut

1 cup sugar

125 g butter, melted

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp vanilla extract

Icing sugar for dusting (optional)
